  1. Layer the Cauliflower Lime Tortilla Chips on a plate.
  2. Saute lentils with chili, smoked paprika, and cumin then add on top of chips.
  3. Add a vegan queso and cashew sour cream on top, garnish with cilantro, sliced jalapeños and chopped tomatoes.
