Trail Mix Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cups nuts
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cupCauliflower Potato Chips
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add everything into a food processor and pulse a couple of times until everything is combined but still have some chunks.
  2. use an ice cream scooper and roll out tbsp size balls.
