Roasted Red Pepper Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 C walnuts
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 C roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 C chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 2 TBSP nutritional yeast
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Real Food From the Ground Up Cauliflower Potato Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Combine walnuts and olive oil in a food processor and process until they form a paste.
- Add the roasted red peppers, garlic, and chickpeas, and season with salt & pepper.
- Blend.
- Add the nutritional yeast and blend until smooth.
- Serve with Cauliflower Sea Salt Potato Chips & enjoy!
