PICO DE GALLO
Cauliflower Tortilla Chips
- 1 Onion
- 5 Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Jalapeños
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- Dice onion and tomatoes, chop jalapeños and combine into a bowl.
- Cut a bunch of cilantro and add to mixture. Squeeze in lime.
- Keep in fridge overnight so the flavor can sit and be extra fresh.
- Don't forget to include Cauliflower Tortilla Chips !
