NO BAKE SALTED PEANUT BUTTER BARS

INGREDIENTS

For the Crust

For the Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Agave
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsps Coconut Oil

For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsps Agave
  • Sea Salt

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Add your ingredients for the crust and blend until a dough like batter forms. Press into a 9x9 baking pan and place in the freezer.
    2. In your food processor, add in the ingredients for the peanut butter filling and blend until well incorporated. Pour onto crust and place back in the freezer.
    3. Melt the coconut oil, cocoa powder and agave together until it’s thoroughly mixed. Pour on top of peanut butter filling, sprinkle with sea salt and place back in the freezer.
