HEALTHY TURKEY CHILI
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 lb Organic Ground Turkey
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 Orange/Red Bell Pepper
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Red Beans
- 1 can Corn
- 1 28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 heaping tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt + more to taste
- Cauliflower Tortilla Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté the onion and pepper on medium-high heat until they begin to soften.
- Add in the turkey and cook until the turkey is no longer pink. Make sure to break up the turkey while stirring.
- Rinse and drain the beans/corn and add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot. Add the turkey/onion/pepper mixture and stir until combined. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Topped with cashew mozzarella, cilantro and Cauliflower Tortilla Chips.
