BLUEBERRY TOASTED PRETZEL ICE CREAM BARS
- 1 cup pre-soaked macadamia nuts (4 hours soaking needed)
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup monk fruit syrup
- 1 cup Cauliflower Pretzels
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 serving Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp mushroom powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
Add all the ingredients to your food processor, blend until smooth.
- Pour the ice-cream mix into your molds, freeze for min of 4 hours before serving.
- Allow to thaw for 5 minutes before serving.
