WHITE BEAN CHIPOTLE HUMMUS DIP
- 1.5 cups White Beans or Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar or Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 Small Chipotle
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper
- Cauliflower Stalks
- Add ingredients into a food processor and process until its reached the desired consistency.
- Serve with Cauliflower Stalks.
