Creamy & Simple Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 8oz cream cheese
- 14oz artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup wilted spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- shredded mozzarella
- Cauliflower Snacking Crackers
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
- Mix together all of the ingredients, except for mozzarella cheese, in a bowl until combined and creamy.
- Transfer mixture into an oven safe bowl. Top dip with mozzarella.
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve with Cauliflower Snacking Crackers and ENJOY!
