Butternut Squash Tortilla Chips
- 1 can of Refried Beans
- 1 cup Guacamole
- Vegan Sour Cream (make by blending 1/2 block of tofu, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder)
- 1 cup of Salsa
- Vegan Cheese
- Romaine Lettuce
- Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
- Optional: Olives and Green Onion
- Layer your dip in the order listed, starting from the refried beans.
